A Lovely Batch of Cranberry Applesauce
6 gala, 4 honeycrisp, 1 bag of frozen cranberries, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and orange juice. No sugar. An hour of peeling, coring, stirring, mashing, and taste testing.
